At All Store Shop™, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our standard products.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@helpclientservice.com. We’ll confirm once your request is received and reviewed.

• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• It may be used once per product and once per order.
• This guarantee is valid only for purchases made on https://alistoresho.com and does not apply to retail partner or wholesale orders.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are exempt from refunds. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, please log into your customer portal and cancel before your next billing date. We’re unable to refund orders that have already been processed and shipped.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link in your original confirmation email or log into your account.

Faulty, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packing each order. If you received an item that is defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at contact@helpclientservice.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item(s) received

We’ll review your request and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you when your item has been received and inspected, and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account. If more than 25 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@helpclientservice.com.
