To initiate a return, please email us at support@allstroreshop.com. We’ll confirm once your request is received and reviewed.

• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• It may be used once per product and once per order.
• This guarantee is valid only for purchases made on https://www.allstroreshop.com and does not apply to retail partner or wholesale orders.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are exempt from refunds. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, please log into your customer portal and cancel before your next billing date. We’re unable to refund orders that have already been processed and shipped.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link in your original confirmation email or log into your account.

Faulty, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
