A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation (Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability or payment authorization failure.
3. Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
4.1 Returns: In accordance with our Refund Policy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and pristine items within 14 days of delivery.
4.2 Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Membership Program
